It’s designed for people managing anxiety, depression, trauma, co-occurring conditions, and other mental health concerns that haven’t stabilized through outpatient care alone.
Our Holistic Mental Health Treatment Program
Clinical therapy addresses the mind. Holistic care addresses the rest — the body, the nervous system, and the daily habits that either support or undermine recovery. Our holistic programming integrates mindfulness, movement, and nutrition education alongside individual and group therapy, never in place of it.
